Media: Associate Professor Mark Lauchs – Queensland Crime and Corruption Commission

QUT Centre for Justice member, Associate Professor Mark Lauchs, has been asked to provide commentary on the recent review into the Queensland Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC).

Under this review CCC will have the ability to publish its reports on public officials retrospectively, even if the person is found not guilty.

According to Associate Professor Lauchs, “the public should know what elected officials are up to, even if there were no criminal findings. ”
