Event: NAIDOC Week – Incarceration Nation

QUT Library and the QUT Faculty of Health invite you to a viewing of Incarceration Nation followed by a panel discussion.

QUT Library and the QUT Faculty of Health invite you to a discussion panel and a 30 minute screening of Incarceration Nation . QUT’s Kevin Yow Yeh will host the panel with special guests Boe Spearim and Neta-Rie Mabo.

Kevin Yow Yeh is a Wakka Wakka and South Sea Islander man, and Director at Institute for Collaborate Race Research, a sessional academic and Higher Degree Research Student at QUT.

Boe Spearim is a Gamilaraay and Kooma man, and radio host and the creator and host of a podcast called ‘Frontier War Stories’.

Neta-Rie Mabo is a Meriam and Manbarra woman, is a mother, an artist, youth worker, activist and currently works as a Youth Programs Manager at Sisters Inside.
