Research: Associate Professor Michael Flood

Associate Professor Michael Flood published a co-authored article on “Masculinities, emotions and men’s suicide” in the journal Sociology of Health and Illness. He completed a major commissioned report, with Professors Kerry Carrington and Paula McDonald, on the prevention and reduction of sexual harassment and sexual assault. Michael also provided a presentation on “Promoting Healthier Masculinities in Primary and Secondary Schools” to a Victorian workshop for schools (October 27), was interviewed as an expert informant for a research project commissioned by Respect Victoria on ‘primary prevention investment narratives’, and was interviewed for an Australian Bar Assocation podcast on men and sexual harassment.
