ACPNS Founding Director, Prof Myles McGregor-Lowndes was recently invited to ‘beam into’ a visit by Korean Parliamentary members and nonprofit sector leaders to the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission in Melbourne.
His topic was the regulation of charities and fundraising in Australia. The Korean party are examining the issue of whether Korea requires a Charity Commission and what form it should take. He used a Blackboard Collaborate session to deliver video, audio and PowerPoints to the group.
