ACPNS partner, Philanthrocrat, is putting on a special virtual “afternoon tea” co-hosted by Adj Prof John G Kelly AM, Group CEO, National Heart Foundation of Australia and Catalyst Management on the 2020 Charity RepTrak® study by The RepTrak Company.

Oliver Freedman, Managing Director of The RepTrak Company will provide an overview of the results from the 2020 RepTrak Charity study, including the charities that have the strongest reputations and top the rankings, as well as other trends and insights from across the study, in what has been a febrile year for reputation management professionals.

Also speaking will be John Gilbert Brogden AM and Ina Mullin of Lifeline who will be commenting and reflecting on Lifeline’s situation. Lifeline climbed from #17 in the reputation rankings of the largest 40 charities in 2019 to #6 in 2020. Ina will provide the inside track on how Lifeline enhanced its reputation in 2020, and what the secrets of success have been for Lifeline in the past 12 months.
