The workshop is centred around helping you, whether a startup founder, business manager, or otherwise, to think strategically and act with agility in an environment characterised by unprecedented technological and social change.
Led by a strategist in the technology space, Jordan Duffy (a young entrepreneur and partner of Buckham and Duffy), this workshop draws on: design thinking principles; agile methodology; evolution; and strategic management.
Key takeaways include providing you with:
– Versatile mental models informed by evolutionary strategy and complexity science, to help startups, innovators & managers to reduce guess-work & use resources more efficiently;
– An understanding of how design thinking is inextricably linked to the scientific method;
– Take home materials for attendees to apply these ideas to their own ventures so that you’re better prepared to predict and adapt to change.
