This question initiated a longitudinal study by QUT supported by all Governments of Australia and the Australian Public Service Commission (APSC) to investigate the impact over time of the Public Sector Management Program (PSMP) on the development of managers within the public sector.

With pizzas being delivered to emergency wards and entire cities standing on sidewalks clapping their frontline public service, COVID-19 has taught us many things.  One that stands out is that dedication to public service has never been more applauded.
