They have been called man’s best friend and there’s no doubt that dogs do often show you that unconditional love that you receive from your bestie. This National Dog Day, we’re paying tribute to the ones who enrich the lives of some of our library staff.
National Dog Day was started in the USA in 2004 but is now celebrated all over the world. It was started to highlight the importance of dog adoption and to celebrate all things dog and the important role many of them play in our lives from helping the disabled, working with the police, detecting illness and so much more.
