Starting from August 2020, QUT will transition to online applications for international students. The new system will be powered by StudyLink which you may have used before. You will be able to submit and manage applications on the centralised agent portal, with the ability to track the application status.
The online application system will be launched in two stages:

| Stage 2 | Available for all international applications | October |
Stage 1: Higher Degree Research (HDR) applicants
The online applications are now open for all HDR applicants, including Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy courses. You can complete and submit the Expression of Interest (EOI) form for your students. Once they have been successfully nominated, you can continue their application on the agent portal.

Stage 2: All international applicants
All international applications will be able to submit and manage through the agent portal in October.
We will be hosting a launch webinar (coursework) on Thursday 8 October 2020. This session will include agent portal walkthrough with a focus on coursework application and admission process update.
