Foundation program: minimum academic requirements in Australia

This is to remind you that our academic entry requirements for our Foundation programs have changed. In order to qualify for entry into the QUT International College Standard Foundation Program (QC08) or Extended Foundation Program (QC09), international students who have completed Australian high school are required to complete Year 11 as follows:

1) Year 11 with a minimum overall average of C or Sound Achievement (SA) in five OP/Authority subjects in each semester.

English Language Proficiency requirements:
 Sound Achievement (SA) or
 C grade in Authority Senior English or
 English for ESL Learners
in both Semester 1 and Semester 2 of Queensland Year 11 in the year prior to starting at QUT.

OR

2) Year 11 with a minimum overall average of B or High Achievement (HA) in four OP/Authority and 1 Authority-registered subject in each semester.

English Language Proficiency requirements:
 Sound Achievement (SA) or
 C grade in Authority Senior English or
 English for ESL Learners
in both Semester 1 and Semester 2 of Queensland Year 11 in the year prior to starting at QUT.
