QUT Impact Stories is a constantly growing reflection and celebration of impact, curated and collected from various years of work and partnerships with multiple countries across the Pacific, Asia, Africa, and South America.
We started in 2014, with a humble essay writing competition among alumni in the Philippines, and have expanded since, providing a platform to various alumni whose noteworthy accounts of pursuits, victories and inspiration continue to shape the real world.
In 2020, we started the First Online Impact Stories Awards, formally recognising the Best of 2019 and 2020. Many of our outstanding alumni brought their colleagues and families to watch with them as they virtually received their awards.
Impact Stories is managed by QUT International Projects Unit, a team of eight dedicated international development professionals who are passionate about changing the world, one story at a time!
