My project management training at Queensland University of Technology was life-changing for me. It has sped up my professional development. It enhanced my appreciation for the values of health and safety, as well as quality management in managing infrastructure programs. Due to my broadened mindset and competencies, I have been given the task of managing major works in Vietnam such as metro development which I know will be of great benefit for Vietnam’s growth and development as a nation. Now, I was also given the opportunity to manage the underground station package, which is the first project in Ha Noi. It is rewarding to think that by applying my learnings from a short course program, I am able to contribute significantly to the country.
