I had the opportunity to attend the Women’s Leadership – The Next Generation Program 2018 funded by the Australian Government. This experience inspired me to develop my soft skills and become a good leader. I share my experience with colleagues, government organizations and it is extra useful when I am teaching. The children respond very well. They take initiative, make decisions and do things by themselves. Overall they perform much better than before. Hereby, I am very proud of what I have achieved and grateful for the training I acquired.
