\"fall<\/a>I\u2019ve been loving Fall<\/strong> here in Canada.<\/strong> The colours<\/strong> are amazing, let me tell you. But another thing I\u2019ve been enjoying are the Fall celebrations!<\/strong> Here\u2019s the lowdown on the three main events<\/strong> I\u2019ve had fun with this season\u2026..<\/p>\n

  1. Homecoming!<\/strong> The most purple-filled<\/strong> weekend of the year.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \"coulterThis weekend involved sports<\/strong> games attended by the whole school, a tailgate<\/strong>, keggers<\/strong>, alumni<\/strong> visiting and an insane amount of school spirit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    1. Thanksgiving!<\/strong> My first<\/strong> ever. (People kept asking me what the Australian <\/strong>version of Thanksgiving is but there really isn\u2019t one!)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \"thanksgiving<\/a>I got a very kind invite<\/strong> to spend the weekend with my friend Anna and her family at their home in Toronto<\/strong>. So after a carpool to Montr\u00e9al<\/strong>, bus to Ottawa<\/strong> and another bus to Toronto, 12 hours<\/strong> later we arrived at Anna\u2019s house. Most of the weekend was spent meeting Anna\u2019s friends<\/strong> and family<\/strong>, exploring downtown<\/strong> Toronto, shopping<\/strong>, drinking pumpkin spice<\/strong> lattes, watching baseball<\/strong> and football<\/strong> games, walking along Lake Ontario<\/strong> and sightseeing over the Toronto skyline<\/strong>. Oh and there was Thanksgiving Dinner<\/strong> of course (so much good Canadian food!)<\/p>\n

      1. Halloweekend!<\/strong> The three-day event celebrating Halloween<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \"halloweekendFrom my first week<\/strong> at Bishop\u2019s, I\u2019d heard people talking about this weekend which involved students wearing a different costume<\/strong> each night. Luckily it lived up to the hype<\/strong>. There were a lot of things going on over the weekend but the main events looked like this:<\/p>\n
