The ECARD program is developed and facilitated by experts from across the University and offers a comprehensive suite of activities aimed at developing participants\u2019 skills, knowledge and abilities to help ensure their career success.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The ECARD Program aims to enhance understanding of academic life at QUT in order to accelerate the contribution of early career academics in their teaching, research and service.
