By providing a clear differentiation of the three terms &#8211; <em><strong>confidence, trust, and satisfaction<\/strong><\/em> &#8211; the article is able to effectively identify\u00a0a number of\u00a0inconsistencies and differences that can exist between such synonymous concepts.
