QUT School of Justice Adjunct Professor and Chair of the School of Justice Advisory Board, Phil Kowalick<\/strong>, will appear as an expert panelists on Under Investigation\u00a0<\/strong> with Liz Hayes on Wednesday 20 March 2024 at 9.00pm in an episode titled, “The Good Snitch.”<\/strong><\/p>\n “Supposedly safe in witness protection, Andrew Petrelis, the star witness in a $40 million dollar drug importation is instead found dead just before he’s due to give his testimony. His death is deemed a tragic drug overdose, but Liz Hayes and her team of experts tear that theory apart.”<\/em><\/p>\n Phil Kowalick was a serving officer in the Australian Federal Police for 34 years before retiring at Commander level in 2014.
