This question has become more pressing in recent days following two massive drug busts in Fiji, where authorities <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rnz.co.nz\/international\/pacific-news\/507903\/fiji-court-grants-bail-to-13-people-charged-in-relation-to-4-800kg-meth-bust\">seized an estimated 4.1 tonnes<\/a> of methamphetamine. The investigation is still in its early stages, so the suspected source of the drugs has not been made public.
