A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.<\/p>\n<p>Join us as we celebrate inspiring women in our community with a panel discussion led by Madonna King. Together we\u2019ll explore what the 2022 theme <strong>#BreakTheBias<\/strong> means to them. Meet our panelists:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Madonna King<\/strong>\u00a0is an award\u2013winning journalist, author, and leader of public debate. She has written in\u2013depth about politics, education, health, crime, and business and has moderated panels across Australia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fiona Holmstrom<\/strong>, Moreton Bay region\u2019s Businesswoman of the Year and Co\u2013founder and director of STEM Punks, believes STEM Education should be accessible for everyone. She believes helping children develop skills in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics will prepare them for a future where they can make a difference.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Professor Melissa Bull<\/strong>\u00a0is the director of QUT\u2019s Centre of Justice. Her main areas of research include drug regulation and policing diversity, with her current research projects examining harm reduction and drug law reform.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baringa Barambah Meeanjinu<\/strong>\u00a0is a Turrbal and Gubbi Gubbi woman with degrees in economics and commerce.
