{"id":4692,"date":"2021-09-28T09:00:15","date_gmt":"2021-09-27T23:00:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.qut.edu.au\/crime-and-justice-research-centre\/?p=4692"},"modified":"2021-09-27T14:19:38","modified_gmt":"2021-09-27T04:19:38","slug":"event-australian-political-studies-association-annual-conference","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.qut.edu.au\/crime-and-justice-research-centre\/2021\/09\/28\/event-australian-political-studies-association-annual-conference\/","title":{"rendered":"Event: Australian Political Studies Association Annual Conference"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><em>(Not pictured &#8211; Alissa Macoun)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Last week eight members of the QUT Centre for Justice participated in the <strong>Australian Political Studies Association Annual Conference.<\/strong> The Australian Political Studies Association (<a title=\"https:\/\/auspsa.org.au\/\" href=\"https:\/\/auspsa.org.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"0\">APSA<\/a>) is the professional association for those teaching and researching in Politics and International Relations in Australia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px\">Those presenting included PhD students Ingrid Valladares, Nyasha Mutongwizo, Benafsha Askarzai, and Justine Coneybeer, and staff members A\/Prof Erin O&#8217;Brien, Dr Helen Berents, Dr Alissa Macoun, and Dr Caitlin Mollica.
