Included in the list is QUT&#8217;s Graduate Certificate in Domestic Violence managed through the School of Justice, Faculty of Law.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This course is the\u00a0first of its kind in Australia and is\u00a0designed for frontline workers, policy developers and any professionals who come into contact with domestic violence victims or perpetrators.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The course is offered online only for 1 year, part-time and will allow students to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Learn about the dynamics and types of abuse, prevalence and contributing factors;<\/li>\n<li>Develop specialised knowledge of violence against pregnant women and the relationship between child maltreatment and domestic violence;<\/li>\n<li>Learn techniques for working with victims of abuse, including risk assessments and developing safety plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">For more information about the course and to apply, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qut.edu.au\/study\/courses\/graduate-certificate-in-domestic-violence\" target=\"_blank\">click here.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Australian recently published an article listing the top postgraduate study options currently offered at Australian universities.
