Secure a grant tutorial

A fab event for anyone wanting to know what donors in their area are doing. This free one hour tute allows you to view the QUT Community Collection for grant seekers, fundraisers and philanthropists and shows you how to use the grant seeking databases. Thanks to our volunteers from Strategic Grants for facilitating the tutes!

This monthly Community of Practice webinar aims to create an opportunity for those working in nonprofit and social innovation to learn from each other, discuss the latest research and how we might apply research to our work. The webinar is online, free and gives you access to a vibrant network of like-minded people, including researchers at QUT.

ACPNS Student Prize Giving Ceremony

26 June

Held annually, this prize giving ceremony celebrates the academic achievements of students and graduates of the Graduate Certificate and Master of Business (Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies). The 2019 ceremony will celebrate the achievements of students enrolled in 2018.

Co-hosted with Fundraising Institute Australia, the Alumni Anniversary breakfast is always a huge highlight of the ACPNS calendar and 2019 will be no exception. The theme and guest speakers are yet to be confirmed. In the meantime, put the date in your diary now!

 

 


Professional Development Seminar for Alumni and Guests

QUT embraces the notion of lifelong learning. As such, ACPNS offers our alumni periodic Professional Development Seminars where our lecturers present new developments and emerging issues from their discipline as it relates to the nonprofit sector. This year topics will include the latest on tax and regulatory reform, fundraising, ethics, philanthropy, management and social enterprise.
