I would not have been able to study without this support. The course is giving me knowledge that I’m applying directly to the charity where I serve as Director, and it’s giving me nonprofit industry-specific skills to broaden my goals. I’m now empowered to apply for more global operational leadership roles within community development, including World Vision’s Operational Director role for Jerusalem/West Bank/Gaza.

About the scholarship

ACPNS was founded in 2001 by Emeritus Professor Myles McGregor-Lowndes. The Myles McGregor-Lowndes Scholarship was established by Myles in 2017 to mark his transition to retirement, in the hope of continuing his tradition of investing in students to foster tomorrow’s community’s leaders.

Thanks to the generosity of many supporters within the sector, this scholarship is still going strong!
