Congratulations to our very own Dr Ruth Knight, education winner at this year’s Global Intrapreneurs Summit!
The Global Intrapreneurs Summit and Awards Ceremony, presented by the Global Intrapreneurs Institute, celebrates intrapreneurs globally – problem-solvers and transformative change agents who think and act like entrepreneurs while working inside their organisation or business.
Ruth, one of four global winners in the education category, was awarded this honour for her Community of Practice, Tea & Buns which enables people across multiple faculties and sectors to share research, support wellbeing and build positive connections.
Tea & Buns members meet monthly, and the platform creates an opportunity for those working in nonprofit and social innovation to learn from each other, discuss the latest research and chat about sector news and events. There are now over 1100 members and anyone is welcome to join this no-cost monthly webinar.. Find out more about Tea & Buns
I hope I can continue to come along to Tea and Buns, another fun and informative, community-minded activity.
I have been attending your Tea & Buns for over a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed every topic and speaker.
That was like having cake for breakfast! What a great conversation.
At the heart of my interest in your seminars was to find human connection again, help me better understand the business world, and connect with like-minded people. It’s so heartening to hear that wellbeing, compassion and the power of positive relationships are being pursued in the workplace.
Congratulations to the other winners also!
