Event: Are businesses responsible for creating a healthier, more sustainable world?

Join JCI Brisbane and ACPNS on Monday 21st June from 6:00pm – 8:00pm in Brisbane where a panel of experts will discuss what social enterprise really is, and whether or not all businesses are capable and responsible for creating positive social impact further to the defined model of creating jobs.

This session will feature an experienced group of panelists including ACPNS’ very own Postdoctoral Research Fellow Dr. Ruth Knight; Marvin Fox from QUT Foundry, whose background lies in International Business, Marketing, Advertising and Promotions; ACPNS alumnus, Leanne Butterworth, a social enterprise owner, tutor for QUT’s Social Enterprise course and works with the Queensland Social Enterprise Council; Ebony Fowler, a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and come July the Vice Curator of the Brisbane Hub and; Wayne Denning, a Birri Gubba and Guugu Yimidhirr man and Deputy Chair for the National Film and Sound Archive of Australia.
