ACPNS Legal Case Reports found over 200 cases in 2020 from charity jurisdictions to summarise and make available to the nonprofit sector. Of these, ten cases have been chosen as providing significant judgements that develop the sector’s jurisprudence, or are otherwise noteworthy. We also stand back and reflect on how the dots can be joined to discover trends. In some instances, it is the dots that are missing that provide significant insights for the sector to reflect upon.
